Please note up to 16"x20" stretched canvas - Worldwide Free Delivery. For buyers outside Sri Lanka, please contact us and we shall provide a shipping quote based on the country the painting is being delivered to If the size is larger than 16"x20". Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and country. We aim to process all orders within 5 working days or payment being cleared. Once a purchase is confirmed the item will be marked as sold.
Most international orders take about 2-3 weeks for delivery.
All paintings are shipped in bespoke packaging that will ensure the painting arrives undamaged. Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing for it. You MUST make a note of any damage on the delivery paperwork and have the courier record the details. If you DO NOT couriers will say that the shipment was delivered in good condition. PLEASE contact us straight away if this has happened and we will contact the courier.
For buyers outside Sri Lanka: Bank to Bank Telegraphic transfer. Please contact us for further details. Only accepted currency is US$. This manual method is safer for both the parties when purchasing original paintings.
Please note that orders sent outside Sri Lanka may incur customs charges/ import taxes upon delivering into your country. Buyers are responsible for any such customs & import taxes that may apply.

All prices are given in US$ and are subjected to change at any given time. We are not VAT registered.
Please note for commissions a non refundable 50% deposit is necessary to proceed with the painting.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with receiving the painting, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. The buyer will have to pay for shipping/ delivery back to Maria's residential address and when the undamaged painting arrives a 100% refund will be given.
All items are covered by insurance for a safe delivery. If anything is damaged prior to it arriving at your address, photograph the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of what is damaged. Your material will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping, we will assist until the situation has been resolved. Some damages can be repaired or the painting can be repainted completely or partially. I have shipped many original artworks for over 20 years and I have never had an issue.
Please note for commissions, returns not accepted unless damaged while shipping. The customer is notified the process time to time with images via email and once the customer agrees with the final image of the painting only the shipping is arranged.
